Where do I send my payments? Answer: The first individual estimated tax voucher and payment are sent to the Office of the Commissioner of the Revenue to set up your account. The payment is then forwarded to the Treasurer’s Office for processing. All remaining vouchers and payments are sent directly to the Treasurer’s Office for processing. Please make checks payable to the Norfolk City Treasurer and mail to P.O. Box 3215, Norfolk, VA 23514-3215.
