The TLC2 Dual Sync Mode supports both 24 Frame and 30 Frame video sync rates at the same time. This includes exact 24.00 with 30.00 or 23.98 with 29.97 video frames per second. The two sync rates must be locked together. You cannot have 23.98 video frames with 30.00 video frames.
