State Law’s are all different, ranging from jail time to probation to a slap on the wrist However, federal law says it is illegal across the board, meaning regardless of your state law, federal agents – not state police officers, can come arrest you and put you in jail, even if your state says its okay, This is what feds are doing to medical patients, they are denying the constitutional law that all of the states can manage their own medicine, but federal agents are using a loophole: that since its illegal under fedal law, instead of calling the state cops on you, they call the feds who can legally arrest you. So just because cops can’t arrest you because your state says marijuana is okay, the federal government can still take you down Thats whats called loopholing, and is a moral outrage that people are okay with that justy because of the issue of marijuana at hand.
