Verified copies of PAN & valid Passport are required as documentary proofs to be submitted along with the Derivatives application form. NOC from existing member would be required if you are already registered for trading in Derivatives with any other member. These documents are required to be submitted to NSE by ICICIdirect on your behalf to obtain your registration before you can start trading in Derivatives.
