Boat Club Lots Boat Club Lots are linked by the scenic trail and road system to the Tii Gavo Center with its beach, tennis, community building and dockside facilities. Boat Club Lot owners have access to day docking locations at the community dock area. Boat Club Members may reserve and use the boat(s) made available in the 3 slips allocated to the Boat Club. These are lots 1-10 and 27- 29.
