What are the dlicfg and tsicfg programs for?
The dlicfg and tsicfg programs are used to change plaintext (ASCII) versions of the DLI and TSI configuration files into their binary equivalents which are used by the DLI/TSI library code. Another purpose of dlicfg and tsicfg is to validate the structure and syntax of the DLI/TSI configuration files, and report any errors — which allows errors to be detected and corrected prior to running the actual DLI/TSI client application program.
