Minority-Owned Business (MBE) – A business that is at least 51% owned, operated and controlled by one or more minorities. Also who are US citizens and one of the following ethnicities African-American, Hispanic American, Native American, Asian-Pacific American and Asian-Indian American Small Business (SBE) – A business independently owned, and operated and in accordance with the definitions and size standards established by the SBA.
