District has overall project management responsibilities. Which include but are not limited to the following activities: coordinating with the regulators and stakeholders for Technical Project Planning (TPP) and review of documents; obtaining rights of entry; participating in meetings with the Military Munitions Design Center (MM-DC) and contractors; public involvement as needed; and establishing project file documents. See ER 200-3-1 and the SI Program Management Plan (PgMP) for additional requirements.
