What are the Districts responsibilities in performing the Formerly Used Defense Sites (FUDS) Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) Site Inspections (SI)?
District has overall project management responsibilities. Which include but are not limited to the following activities: coordinating with the regulators and stakeholders for Technical Project Planning (TPP) and review of documents; obtaining rights of entry; participating in meetings with the Military Munitions Design Center (MM-DC) and contractors; public involvement as needed; and establishing project file documents. See ER 200-3-1 and the SI Program Management Plan (PgMP) for additional requirements.
