What are the disclosure requirements before entering a fuel re-selling agreement?
A supplier must give a proposed retailer a copy of the Oilcode and the relevant disclosure document at least 14 days before the retailer: • enters into a fuel re-selling agreement or an agreement to do the same • pays non-refundable money to the supplier or the supplier’s associate in connection with such agreements.
