• It requires the use of a Real Helix streaming server. It is useless to encode a file using SureStream if it won’t ever be streamed off a Helix server, and it only will make the file bigger than it needs to be. • Also, beginning with Real Video 10, files encoded using SureStream will only work with a Helix server – they will not work for downloading.
