What are the disadvantages of legalizing marijuana?
Advantages: 1. No one gets killed for ratting out other people to the cops for selling. 2. No one gets killed in a bad drug deal. 3. No one gets killed while going under cover and getting caught. 4. The local governments get revenue because of taxation and regulation. 5. It’s one less thing for the government to control our lives with and tell us we can’t make our own choices about things that hurt no one else. 6. Did I mention alot of people don’t get killed? Disadvantages: 1. Despite the fact that less people die, it will sadden many officials because they think they won’t make any revenue from catching people with pot. 2. Easier access to kids. 3. More people will start missing their turns. 4. People will start doing a little less work. 5. You won’t get the rush out of evading the authorities anymore. 6. Hippies will run rampid. I see the scales tipping in favor of the advantages [makes scale tipping motion]. I’m not a smoker, but I believe in legalizing! Legalize!
