What are the directions to the camp?
• Location TBD • Do campers need to have a completed medical/waiver form? • Yes. Every camper needs to have a completed medical form signed by a parent/guardian to be able to participate at camp. The medical form/waiver must have the parents signature and the camper’s signature to be valid and submitted with the applications/registration form and payment. • What happens if a camper is seriously injured? • If a camper should become injured during the camp, normal procedure will involve routine examination and evaluation of the situation by staff and trainers. If warranted, emergency treatment will be summoned inclusive of transport to local emergency facilities. • How do I get a message to the camp staff? • Send an email to cindyparlowcamp@yahoo.com or contact staff members during the camp. • What is the cancellation and refund policy for the camp? • Due to the nature and timing of the program, no refunds for non-attendance or cancellation can be offered.
