What are the directions to Binghamton City Hall?
From Route 17 (I-86) West/I-81 South or Route 17 (I-86) East/I-81 North: Take Exit 4S. At traffic signal at Frederick Street, highway becomes Route 363. Continue straight on this route, crossing over railroad tracks. First exit is Robinson Street. Second exit is US 11 (Court Street). Immediately after that is the exit for Susquehanna Street. This is a very short exit, with a STOP sign at the end. Proceed straight (west) all the way to the end. You will be forced to take a right on State Street. Once you do, you will see the Fire Station and the Police Station on your right. This is City Hall, but the main entrance is on Hawley Street. Parking is available in the red parking garage. From State Street, turn right onto Hawley Street, then left at the first traffic signal to enter the garage. From I-88 West: Follow I-88 West. Take Exit 1 to Route 7. Continue straight on Route 7 until signal at Fredrick Street. Continue Straight and Roadway becomes Route 363 South. Continue as above. From R
