The Universal boot starts out as a cone approximately 9 tall with a base approximately 7 in diameter. It comes with an elastic drawstring at the base for installation around a bracket or rubber bellows, or It can be installed under a console. It is a large, very adaptable boot so that it can move easily throughout the entire shift pattern.
