The Boiler Buddy is designed to fit into the position left by a standard circulating pump after a system has been upgraded to a modern integrated unit. The length of the Boiler Buddy is 130mm and it fits between standard 1½” BSP x 22mm pump service valves. An allowance of 250mm is required to include the boiler buddy and the service valves. The largest diameter off the Boiler Buddy is at the central clamping ring, with a diameter of 90mm. Also the central body of the Boiler Buddy is off-set by 20mm and hangs below the central axis of the feed pipe.
