What are the difficulties getting around Darlington Raceway?
“I still don’t think I’ve learned how to get around that place all that well. The place is just so unique and now that they’ve repaved it, turns one and two are so fast, almost even like superspeedway fast. And then you have to slow the car down quite a bit getting into turn three and trying to make it through there because that turn is so sharp. The track is very, very narrow and I think a lot of people don’t realize just how narrow it is and how tough a place it is to pass. It’s just a difficult, difficult race track. I don’t think words can even put in just how tough the place is.
