Capital One free alerts can be received by three different types of contact points: • e-mail • wireless text message • automated voice calls to your phone Use the Contact Point link under the Messages & Alerts tab in Online Banking to enter the e-mail address, wireless device address or phone number you want to use to receive Alerts.
