What are the different user levels within the IG Training Tool?
Currently there are three levels of registered access on the IG Training Tool, these are: Superuser: comprising 4 members of the Digital Information Policy team, with access to statistics and detailed information by organisation and by organisation-type. IGTT Administrators: are able to manage the database of users within their organisation by editing, deleting or deactivating users. They can also create user reports both statistical and detailed. For example, they can report how many staff members within their organisation have registered to use the tool and how many have started, completed or passed each e-learning module. Administrators can also download a more detailed report of each staff user, their progress with each e-learning module and the percentage they scored on their last attempt to complete an assessment.
