there are many first of all there are psychiatrists (which can perscribe medication and diagnose) than there are psychologists (which can just diagnose) than there are councillors( which there are many different types some are able to give IQ tests and such) than there are also all the different branches of psychology that these therapists specialize in such as developmental, cognitive, positive, etc etc
