What are the different types of Support Contacts and what is available to each type?
There are three different types of Support Contacts: • Primary – Full access to Customer Support, including the ability to log service requests by phone or online, product downloads, support contact management. • Secondary – Access to Customer Support, including logging service requests by phone or online, and product downloads. • Web only – Access to most of the resources and information on the Support Web site.
