What are the different types of milk you can get from a cow?
Cows only provide one type of milk. Unpasturised full cream. In certain cases, this milk may have more or less cream depending on the quality of feed and availability of water. Disease may also affect the milk, although milk is constantly quality tested, so only the best goes to the milk companies who in turn pasturise and pack milk for consumers. It is in this process that milk is thinned to low fat, no fat, high calcium, etc.
