A3. There are two types of General Assembly Meeting based on IMPC By-laws, (1) Regular General Assembly Meeting and (2) Special General Assembly Meeting. To elaborate, The General Assembly shall hold its Annual Regular Meeting at the principal office of the cooperative or at any place within the Philippines on the date fixed by the Board of Directors; provided such date within ninety (90) days after the close of each fiscal year. The fiscal year of IMPC shall commence on the 1st day of January and end on the last day of December and every year thereafter.
