These devices have a common Data bus and are available in either Burst of 2 or Burst of 4 options. The I/O widths are x8, x9, x18 and x36. The second family is the Separate IO (SIO) DDR family. This device is similar in operation to the CIO device, but has a separate Data Input and Data Output bus. This family is available in Burst of 2 and has I/O widths of x8, x9, x18 and x36. The last family is the QDR devices. These devices are referred to as Quad Data Rate devices. The are available in either a Burst of 2 or Burst of 4 configuration and have I/O widths of x8, x9, x18 and x36.
