What are the different types of Christian beliefs?
Christian beliefs come in several types. Some, such as the Christ being the promised Messiah from the house of David, are Judaic; some, like the virgin birth and the resurrection, are Pagan; some, like the Nativity story and the Word are Zoroastrian; some are modern inventions, like the Immaculate Conception (1854), created solely in order to dispose of difficult questions about the idea that Jesus was born without original sin; and some, like the very popular belief that you can hang witches and burn heretics at the stake for their own good, and they’ll thank you for it later, seems to be Satanic in origin.
