Instant Chat (IC) IC is available to all citizens of Build-A-Bearville. To chat, just choose from the list of pawsome things to say by clicking on the chat button on the bottom left side of your screen. Or, type in the chat bar and see a list of phrases to choose from. Silent Chat By choosing Silent, you will not be able to chat, but you can still use emoticons to express the way you feel. You will not see anyone else chatting in the world.
