Aromatherapy oil is derived from natural plant essences and may improve a person’s spiritual, mental or physical well being. Some believe that aromatherapy oils can help with everything from easing stress to dealing with physical injuries. There are many oils to choose from that are made from a variety of different plants, including eucalyptus and lavender. Some of the oils work well by themselves, but they can also work well when combined with other specific oils. Eucalyptus oil is thought to have anti-inflammatory and antiviral properties and is good for dealing with illnesses and conditions such as rheumatism, headaches and asthma. It can also be used as an insect repellent.
