There are two types of CCNP Academies: Local Academies and CATCs offering the CCNP curriculum. Local Academies teach the curriculum to students. CATC-CCNPs are Cisco-selected Academies whose responsibility is to train the instructors from Local Academies. CATC-CCNPs get their program training directly from Cisco.
