What are the different student fee committees and how are they structured?

Imagine a pyramid. At the top is the Student Fee Committee, it is responsible for allocating the student incidental fee (approximately three million dollars annually). Three committees are funded by this body. The first is the Athletics Advisory Council (AAC), which funds all athletics. The second is the Stevenson Union Advisory Council (SUAC), which pays for everything associated with the student union. The third is the EAAC, which funds all activities that are not educational curriculum or athletics. The Inter-Club Council (ICC) received its funding through this body.
