What are the different statuses regarding the Online Payment System?
Active – Account is in good standing. Bad – If the client gets a return item account closed, incorrect account number. The return code is something that eliminates the use of that account. NSF – Exceeded the designated number of three return items. This action doesn’t allow usage of the Online Payment System for the next 12 months. Hold – On hold due to NSF or anyone of the other statuses.
