What are the different stages for Cadet?
Applicants for Cadet will submit their resume and application. Your resume will proceed to the screening phase of the Cadet application process only when a current or anticipated vacancy in the area where you reside is identified. You will then be scheduled to complete the PATI and psychological assessment test. If successful at this stage, you will then be interviewed. If successful at the interview stage, a background investigation will be conducted and your file will be reviewed for eligibility.
