What are the different spiritual practices (Sadhana)?
There are many spiritual practices. The main spiritual practices are meditation, recalling / repeating the name of God and maintaining constant awareness of the Self. Other spiritual practices include the reading of scriptures like the Bhagavad Gita, listening to discourses on them, making pilgrimages, performing ritualistic worship, chanting prayers, etc. In addition to these, the worldly duties that you perform are also part of your spiritual practice.
