What are the different roles that Construction Managers and Site Managers undertake?
The Construction Manager is the principal link with the client from the formulation of the Project Plan to the completion of work. He will produce the timber frame programme in conjunction with the client’s construction team and liaise with the respective design teams. The Site Manager is primarily responsible for the quality of work, together with monitoring progress and the “hands-on”resolution of day-to-day issues.
