What are the different means of harvesting Rain-water?
Rain-water can be harvested either from the roof-top of buildings or from the ground level. The rain-water which falls on the ground is also called ‘surface’ or ‘run-off’ water. Normally, the surface water gets more polluted and contaminated. Roof-top water needs lesser cleaning and can be easily used for most domestic and industrial purposes.
