What are the different LWS ID numbers, and when are they used?
The LWS uses different ID numbers to distinguish different parties and roles: • End User ID: The number Adobe assigns to you when you have placed your first order under AOO. For the fastest service, use your End User ID whenever you place an order for Adobe software licensing from any reseller. • Ship To ID: The number Adobe assigns to the person noted on a given order as the contact person for e-mail notification that the order has been processed, and for receipt of any physical goods such as CDs that are shipped. Note that the End User ID and Ship To ID numbers can be the same. If you are a new Ship To contact, your Ship To ID will be on your Software License Certificate (PDF: [an error occurred while processing this directive]). Use your Ship To ID whenever you order Adobe software licensing from any reseller. • Certificate ID: The number Adobe assigns to identify your Software License Certificate. • Purchase Order Number: The number on the purchase order your reseller used to order
