What are the different levels of users in the AIChE Confex System and what does each have access to?

• Authors – have access to the Abstract Control Panel (ACP) for their individual abstracts only. • Session Chairs – have access to the Session Control Panel (SCP) for their individual sessions. Furthermore, through the SCP, Session Chairs can access the ACP for any abstracts within their session. Session chairs may not edit sponsorship information in the first two steps of session submission. • Area Chairs – have access to the Area Control Panel for their individual area, From there, they can add or edit sessions and access abstracts within their area, and manage co-sponsorship for sessions outside of their area. • Group and Topical Chairs – have access to the Program (or Group) Control Panel (PCP) for their individual Group/Topical. From the PCP, these chairs can access any areas, sessions, or abstracts that fall under their Group/Topical and can also add/delete contact names. • Meeting Program Chairs – have access to the “Staff Page” for the meeting they are chairing.
