A question which is asked of me frequently, can all browsers view this page? Each page needs to be looked at separately. ActiveX code is not recognized by Netscape 4.0x browsers. One large difference, IE can view CSS (style sheets) and Netscape does not (Version 6 of Netscape will have this implemented). Another large difference is how IE and Netscape handles DHTML. Netscape uses something called “Layers” whereas IE uses the Style tags combined with CSS and other scripting languages.
