Many manufactures use dual-knot methods that tie several strands of hair in each knot, reducing the ability to manipulate the knot. No. A properly applied lace unit will not damage your hairline. Many customers have utilized units to re-grow their thinning hairlines that have resulted from repeated weave and braid wearing. Please be sure to properly apply the unit ⅛” to ¼” in front of your hairline to eliminate styling stress.
