The Eudora program can operate in three modes. All of them exist in every copy of Eudora. You can switch your Eudora between the three modes at any time. So there is never a need to download a “sponsored” or “light” version of Eudora — you download Eudora and choose the mode for it to operate in. Eudora’s three modes are: • Paid Mode: This costs $49.95. It has everything that you are currently used to and has access to person-to-person support at Qualcomm. See the Eudora Website to learn more. • Sponsored Mode: This is free. It has the same features as Paid Mode (with the exception of SpamWatch), has an ad window with (up to) three sponsored toolbar links, and has no access to person-to-person support. Instructions to switch to Sponsored mode are in How do I switch from Paid Mode to Sponsored Mode in Eudora on our Knowledgebase. • Light Mode: This is free. It does not have an ad window or use advertisements, but it has much fewer features than Paid or Sponsored modes and only works wit
