What are the differences for each of the Ennead factions?
In terms of raw power, there is no one side that has more due to faction choices alone; they all used to be part of the same team, the factions are merely a disagreement. For those who follow Horus, the element of victory is on their side, due to the powers of their leader. Should the chances of winning be equal in a battle, the Ennead of the Sun will suddenly have a 99.9% chance of being the victor. They have the pride of winners, and the confidence to use their powers, for they were born and destined to them. Holding back is not something that an Ennead of the Sun does, especially not when they have a leader who is willing and able to give it all for the sake of victory. The Ennead on the side of the Storms tend to be more open to progress, technically more compassionate about people rather than goals.
