What are the differences between UK prisons&US prisons when it comes to homosexuality?
Homosexuality is “socially” (and I mean the inmates) acceptable in US prisons unfortunately. I say unfortunately because most people who enter the prison system are not homosexual until they have been in prison for a time. In the womens facilities, it is a lot more open and acceptable than it is in the mens prisons. The men are far more discreet about it than the women. I apologize, but I do not have my sources. They are prison guards.
