The SmallBiz and Professional editions are similar in their advanced functionality, but have some differences as listed below: 1. General — you can’t use the SmallBiz edition for providing services to third parties — this is only allowed to the Professional edition users. The option of customizing Web CEO reports with your company logo, header and footer is only available to Pro users. Only the Pro edition lets you e-mail reports from the software automatically, using the Scheduler tool. 2. Keywords — you can research more keywords in the Pro edition — top 1,000 keywords in the Pro edition versus 50 keywords in SmallBiz. 3. Optimization — in the Pro edition you have the ‘Compare to top pages’ report which is not available in lower editions. 4. Ranking checker — with the Pro edition, you can check rankings for the unlimited number of keywords, whereas you can’t add more than 30 keywords if you have the SmallBiz edition. 5.
