The two main differences are admission requirements and class format. Executive MBA (EMBA) Program applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience. During the required Executive MBA interview candidates are evaluated on their management background. The Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) is not required for admission to the Executive MBA Program.
