None – as both kits are manufactured by MYCARR. There is no difference other than the Orions feature a chrome backing – which is pointless for 2 reasons: 1 – LEDs are directional and will emit light facing forward 2 – Even if bleeding was possible, the circuit board the LEDs are mounted to would prevent any light bleed. Both kits offer a lifetime warranty.
