What are the differences between the Internet Recruitment Service and a conventional recruitment agency service?
Obviously the cost is dramatically lower and we charge for a service rather than for a placement. The major difference is that unlike High Street agencies we do not meet the candidates (however, be aware that in most cases ‘Executive Recruiters’ do not meet their candidates either). In addition we require our clients to be responsible for eligibility and identity checks but do offer an added independent referencing service should this be required.
