No, the American Health care system has not been drained by illigal aliens. The difference with France and Norway, and Canada, and other countries verses the U.S., is that plenty of countries Governments pay for their peoples needs and gaged on income along with other standards. Why America is so good with Health care with foriegners and not its own people is beyond comprehension. We do pay through the nose….Or you don’t get it…. Your answer,,,,,,,,This is the greatest country in the world…but,,,,,,It does have a bad draw back.
