(NOTE THAT A GUI VERSION OF GARLI 0.96 HAS NOT YET BEEN RELEASED) The main differences are in how the user interacts with the program. The GUI version changes the cryptic option names detailed below into normal English. If you hold your mouse pointer over an option in the GUI it will give you a description of what that option does (generally taken directly from this manual). There may be some options that are not available in the GUI.
