Here is a list of the differences that I have noticed. They are, of course, quite minor. Let me know what other differences you find bothersome. I am a big fan of the AP effort (of which I knew nothing until after I finished my book). I am committed to documenting all differences, and to eliminating gratuitous differences in future editions.
