What are the differences between softside and hardside systems??
A softside system: Can be fitted into any bed frame or used free-standing as a full mattress system Has a water bladder which is positioned in a soft, insulating foam bolster trough Uses a water bladder cut into a comical shape which helps to reduce movement and allows you to get on and off the mattress in the same way as with conventional beds A hardside system: Always requires a stable, supporting bed frame Can make it slightly more difficult to get on and off the bed Boasts a greater volume of water to be displaced Uses a water bladder which is cut into a cubic shape
