What are the differences between running an HR Distribution report in RAPS versus HRMS versus Pers Pay / FOCUS?

The primary difference between the three types of reports is how they handle/present the shifted dependent tuition amounts on Government grants. In RAPS: Shifted Dependent Tuition amounts on Government grants are coded to Fund 92903 subclass object 29-03. This is consistent with treatment in AIS financial presentation. In PersPay / FOCUS: Shifted Dependent Tuition amounts on Government grants are coded to Fund 92903 but are still included in the earnings subclass 11 or 12 – where the salary amounts are. In HRMS inquiry (and also now defunct queries): Shifted Dependent Tuition amounts on Government grants are still coded to the Government grant fund and not shifted to Fund 92903. They also are still associated with the earnings subclass 11 or 12.
