What are the differences between our Inshore and Offshore baits?
There are several differences between our Offshore and Inshore baits. The first and foremost difference is the stimulants. The Inshore baits (Fish’n Strips®, Fish’n Tails® & Fishbites-Pro Inshore / Nearshore) use a much more highly amplified and refined feeding stimulant than our offshore baits (Fish’n Chunks®, Fish’n Frenzy® & Fishbites-Pro Offshore). We designed it this way because fish offshore often have far less discriminating appetites because food sources can at times be somewhat scarce in vast ocean expanses. Conversely, Inshore fish, particularly in rivers and estuaries, are surrounded by plentiful food and they often zone in on particular kinds of prey and will eat or attack nothing else….so the stimulants in our Inshore baits are kicked up a notch so as to get a little more attention. The second difference is the mesh…we use an environmentally friendly poly-vinyl mesh in the offshore bait which gives them tremendous tear strength on the hook for the offshore beasts. The
